A big deck in the middle of the Pacific


PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 24, 2016) The Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), pulls into Guam for a scheduled port visit. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 5 flagship, is on patrol supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.   1. We need to begin to rebuild the navy that has been left unattended for the most part during the Obama Years. There is the enduring question of whether to devote money to guns or butter.
